1、模具硅胶里有很多气泡

这种情况要依据条件来处里，在有抽真空机的条件下，先要把硅胶与固化剂搅拌均匀后进行抽真空处理。如没有真空机则可以适当减少固化剂的添加量来进行处理，比如原硅胶与固化剂的比率为4%,现在可以改成1%-2%。这样前期模具硅胶胶连时间就会变慢，模具中的空气就会慢慢排出，减少气泡。

出现这种情况一是因为前期对模种（产品模型）没有合理处理造成的，所以在开模前要对模种进行处理，如模种表面比较粗燥或做很复杂的模具，一定要认真打磨光滑清洗干净。然后再均匀刷上脱模剂。常用的脱模剂有凡士林、洗洁精、液体石蜡等。实际操作中可根据模种的材质涂刷不同的脱模剂。二是固化剂搅拌不均匀就倒入模具框中，脱模时一块干一块不干。

这个要依据产品的大小来分开处理，原则上是产品的大小尺寸与所使用硅胶的硬度成正比。若是小件产品或非常精细的产品可以使用很软的硅胶来开模，硬度一般在10-20度，这样会好脱模，还不会破坏精细产品的纹路。

For small products or very fine products, very soft silica gel can be used to open the mold. The hardness is generally 10-20 degrees, which will facilitate demoulding and will not damage the grain of fine products.

若是大件产品比如大于50公分的产品就一定要使用硬度为40-50的硅胶来开模。这样才不会变形。

若是做很大而且又很精细的产品可以使用硬度为30度左右的硅胶来开模（方法是刷一层硅胶蒙上一层玻璃纤维布再刷一层硅胶），外面可以用石膏，玻璃钢（即不饱和树脂+玻璃纤维布）来做外膜，以此来保护的产品不变形。

For large and fine products, silica gel with a hardness of about 30 degrees can be used to open the mold (the method is to brush a layer of silica gel, a layer of glass fiber cloth, and then a layer of silica gel).
