铝合金手板模型制作手法与维护
铝合金手板制造中以SLA光敏树脂选择性固化应用广泛。材料成本目前约10-20元/g,包括支撑件等附加部分。SLA机的加工能力按体积计算,单坐标尺寸小,许多大尺寸零件无法加工,大型SLA机铝合金手板生产企业很难承受。另一方面光敏树脂与常用材料差异很大,限制了模型的着色、上金加工。当然成本问题随着生产规模扩大,少能部分解决。
