Low pressure injection is a prototype manufacturing process suitable for rapid prototyping manufacturers. It mixes polyurethane materials and injects them into rapid molds at room temperature and low pressure, forming products through chemical and physical processes such as material polymerization, cross-linking, and curing. Low pressure injection is suitable for small batch production in the product development process, as well as the production of structurally simple coverings and large thick and uneven wall thickness products.

哈希28单双低压灌注工艺流程:单体或预聚物以液体状态经计量泵以一定的配比进入混合头进行混合。混合物注入模具后,在模具内快速反应并交联固化,脱模后即为RIM制品。

哈希28单双低压灌注成型使用的材料主要以聚氨酯材料为主,通过改变材料的混合比例,可获得不同的材料弹性模量,从而得到所需要的材料特性。固化后的材料物理性能类似于ABS、PP或PS。此工艺适合于较大壁厚及不均匀壁厚手板产品的生产。
The materials used in low-pressure injection molding are mainly polyurethane materials.
