应该如何选择钣金手板定制?

钣金手板定制新产品在刚开始发展的时候就需要做手板模型的定制。那么新产品的定制好手模型有哪些方式呢?

大多数客户在钣金handplate习俗,或需要找到钣金加工的厂家,如果板手高的精度要求,尽量选择铝合金材料,由于铝合金的加工handplate设备更,加工精度达到0.05毫米,处理速度也快。但是在制作CNC手板的时候,我们也需要注意一些细节。

1:确定材料的耐高温性能、耐磨性、高韧性产品对材料的不同要求,以及是否需要进行整体加工也与材料有关。如果需要做耐高温的手板,用PPS的材料比较好,可以承受300度的高温;如做透明手板,PC和亚克力材料比较好;在拆卸时,ABS材料是一个很好的选择,因为它具有很强的粘性。

3)硅胶复合模具真空复合模具可以先通过CNC、SLA等各种加工方法得到原型,再通过原型复制得到产品。所复制的产品精度高,强度好,可以满足各种功能的设计要求。适用于小批量功能部件的试制,降低开模成本和风险。
