(1)制定手板工艺路线,可根据工件需要分为两次加工。加工手板的外观和内壁,铣削基准,然后翻转180。夹紧,加工外表面和关键屏幕位置。如果外表面先加工,再加工内壁,则很难定位夹具进行二次加工。
(1) The manual process route can be divided into two processes according to the needs of the workpiece. (2)如果手板的壁厚只有1.5mm,加工外表面时容易变形破碎。如果在加工过的型腔中添加填料作为支撑。这样可以避免加工出口,然后填充石膏,否则成品和填料很难分离。

(5)注意:在生产过程中,先模拟切割,检查正确后再处理,进行数控加工。
