手板模型加工出错之后如何补救

1、一些手板模型出现较大的失误就不可补救了,只能报废,像透明件PMMA,PC等,因为透明工件是不许有粘接痕迹的。

2、一些工件是可以进行补救的,工件为非透明件,像ABS,POM,PA等,一般都是针对塑胶件进行补救。补救的方法一般可用补救材料填在过切或错切的地方,常用的补救材料是502胶水混合痱子粉或原子灰。取适量痱子粉加入502胶水调成稀糊状即可成为502胶水混合痱子粉,将调好的材料填入过切的地方待干后再补加工一下即可。
