快速成型光固化成型技术的成型过程及特点

UV curing process, also known as stereo lithography, is a relatively early developed rapid prototyping technology. It uses photosensitive resin as raw material and is solidified by computer controlled ultraviolet laser. This method can easily and automatically produce complex three-dimensional shapes that have been difficult to produce by various processing methods. 光固化成型工艺的成型过程:

液槽中盛满液态光敏树脂,氦-镉激光器或氩离子激光器发出的紫外激光束在控制系统的控制下按零件的各分层截面信息在光敏树脂表面进行逐点扫描,使被扫描区域的树脂薄层产生光聚合反应而固化,形成零件的一个薄层。
The liquid tank is filled with liquid photosensitive resin. Under the control of the control system, the ultraviolet laser beam from the helium-cadmium laser or argon ion laser scans the surface of the photosensitive resin point by point according to the information of each layer section of the part, so that the thin layer of the resin in the scanned area can be solidified by photopolymerization reaction, forming a thin layer of the part.
一层固化完毕后,工作台下移一个层厚的距离,以使在原先固化好的树脂表面再敷上一层新的液态树脂,刮板将粘度较大的树脂液面刮平,然后进行下一层的扫描加工,新固化的一层牢固地粘结在前一层上,如此重复直整个零件制造完毕,得到一个三维实体原型。
After the first layer is cured, the workbench moves down a layer of thickness to make a new layer of liquid resin on the surface of the previously cured resin. The scraper scrapes the liquid level of the resin with high viscosity, and then carries out the scanning processing of the next layer. The newly cured layer is firmly bonded to the previous layer. Repeat until the whole part is manufactured, and a three-dimensional solid prototype is obtained.

成型过程自动化程度高。SLA系统非常稳定,加工开始后,成型过程可以完全自动化,直原型制作完成。

尺寸精度高。SLA原型的尺寸精度可以达到±0.1mm。
High dimensional accuracy. The dimensional accuracy of SLA prototype can reach ± 0.1mm.
优良的表面质量。虽然在每层固化时侧面及曲面可能出现台阶,但上表面仍可得到玻璃状的效果。
Excellent surface quality. Although steps may appear on the side and surface of each layer during curing, the upper surface can still get a glass-like effect.
可以制作结构十分复杂的模型。
You can make models with very complex structures.
可以直接制作面向熔模精密铸造的具有中空结构的消失型。
It can directly produce the lost foam with hollow structure for investment casting.
