手办模型机械加工中的拉刀机构!

在手办模型加工,主轴还应具备一套拉刀系统以装卸刀具,大体上分为液压、气动、机械三种。沿袭传统的手办模型加工机床装刀方式,机械式仅仅以一根贯穿主轴内部的螺杆来拧紧刀具,它的动力来自于主轴尾部的拉刀电动机,这个拉力是有力矩监控的,当拉刀拉力达到设定值时装刀模式关闭。相对于前面的刀具,也是不需要拉钉的。

在手办模型加工的实际应用中,刀具有时候会松,如果确认刀具拉钉没有松的话,就是拉爪松了,操作人员可以给它拧紧,但要自制一个小工具。因为拉爪后边都有一个调整拉爪前后位置的螺帽,它是可以旋紧的,做成一个可以旋紧它的长柄小叉子,这样问题就解决了。
In the practical application of manual model processing, the cutting tool is sometimes loose. If it is confirmed that the pulling nail of the cutting tool is not loose, the claw is loose.
