快速成型技术给模具带来哪些优势？

1.模具内部需足够冷却能力的冷却水，一般可以通过公式进行计算。广州本田的模具冷却方式为通入18~22℃的冷水进行冷却，流量约120~150L/min；
1. Cooling water with sufficient cooling capacity is required inside the mold, which can generally be calculated by formula. The cooling mode of Guangzhou Honda's mold is to inject cold water at 18 ~ 22 ℃ for cooling, with a flow rate of about 120 ~ 150L / min;
2.树脂在进入模腔过程中，需经过带加热装置的热流道和热喷嘴，保持温度为180~220℃；

3.需根据产品CAE分析的困气情况，在模具适当的部位开排气槽；
