快速成型技术给模具带来哪些优势?

1.模具内部需足够冷却能力的冷却水,一般可以通过公式进行计算。广州本田的模具冷却方式为通入18~22℃的冷水进行冷却,流量约120~150L/min;

2.树脂在进入模腔过程中,需经过带加热装置的热流道和热喷嘴,保持温度为180~220℃;

3.需根据产品CAE分析的困气情况,在模具适当的部位开排气槽;
