有关济南手板模型深孔加工的3种方法:

1、接长柄麻花钻在通用机床上加工。接长柄麻花钻就是在普通麻花钻上焊接长柄。

2、套料刀加工深孔。孔径较大的深孔(一般直径大于50mm)宜采用套料刀加工。这种方法切削负荷减轻,从而提高了生产率,减少了材料消耗。所用套料刀,当直径较小时,多采用整体焊接式,直径较大时,可采用装配式或可调式。
