(1)手板工艺路线制定，可先根据工件需要分为两次加工。先加工手板的外观内壁，铣好基准，再翻转180。装夹，加工外表面及按键屏幕位置。若先加工外表面，再加工内壁，则难以定位装夹进行二次加工。

(4)切记!要先铣出基准截角，以免翻转装夹时胚料调错方向。

(5)注意：制作过程中要先模拟切削，检查无误后，再进行处理，进行人数控加工。
