3d打印软胶手板介绍

3D打印是一种新的生产加工方式,和传统的方法是有区别的,目前3D打印是可以打印软胶的,但是3D打印的软胶不像传统方法加工的软胶一样,可以任意改变颜色和软度,3D打印的软胶的软硬度和颜色是不可以调节的,常见的就是白色的。

3D打印软胶主要有2种工艺,光固化和激光烧结2种,光固化的软胶硬度只有50到60度,力学性能一般,不怎么耐磨和耐撕裂,没什么弹性,只能用于测试软的产品的原型打样,激光固化的软胶硬度有90度,耐磨和弹性好,性能比较接近传统软胶了
