手板模型处理过程中不要出现哪些现象？

一、手板模型手板手工
1、 Handmade model Handmade
1、生产工艺和图纸不要对错；
1. Do not make mistakes in production process and drawings;
2、(ABS材料)产品在粘接时，注意胶水的用量多或少，不要有开裂现象；
2. (ABS material) when bonding products, pay attention to the amount of glue used is too much or too little, and do not crack;
3、(亚克力材料)产品在粘接时，不要有开裂、气泡的现象；
3. (acrylic material) when the product is bonded, there shall be no cracks or bubbles;
4、(PC材料)产品放在烤箱或用风筒吹时，温度不要过高；
4. (PC material) when the product is placed in the oven or blown by the air tube, the temperature shall not be too high;
5、(POM、尼龙、铝合金材料)产品不能粘接，原因是这三种材料胶水粘不稳，所以是不能用CNC拆件加工的，手工打孔时不能把孔位打偏，否则产品就会报废；
5. (POM, nylon, aluminum alloy materials) products can't be bonded, because the glue of these three materials is not stable, so it can't be processed by CNC disassembly, and the hole position can't be deviated during manual drilling, otherwise the products will be scrapped;
6、组装时不要粘接错地方，不要有错位和间隙；

二、手板模型手板打磨

7、产品工件有R角的打磨不要打成了直角，还有工件边缘有弧度的地方，打磨时也许需要注意。

8、打磨不要把尺寸打小。

9、复模注意不要变形和缩水，不要有太多的气泡，如果气泡多会加大手工那边的工作量

10、喷油方面不要有色差、油漆爆裂、掉漆等现象，还有在调油和喷油时控制尘点。
