手板模型,很多人又称之为首板模型。通俗点讲,即一件工业品设计完成后,并不是马上投入生产,而应该先根据图纸制作少量的模型出来,目的是可以提早看到成品的样品,如果不满意,再对图纸做出修改,直更终无异议后,再开始批量制造。这个少量的模型,就是口中的手板模型。

1)谈好CNC加工以及交期,签订加工合同。

2)分析零件图及产品装配图,对零件进行工艺分析。

3)选择毛坯。

4)CNC手板编程。

5)确定各工序的加工余量,计算工序尺寸及公差。
