为什么制作手板需要3D图纸?

手板模型在企业研发阶段起到一个很关键的作用,可以检测产品外观、结构的不足之处,大部分企业在图纸设计完成之后会找手板厂先做手板来验证,进行手板模型的制作必不可少的一个环节就是3D图纸。

3D图也叫三维立体图,它能够通过眼睛的视觉成像系统的重合和分离,让观者能够地清楚其设计结构,对图中隐含的图像一目了然。

而手板制作企业则可以通过3D图更加清楚、了解客户所做手板模型的尺寸大小,内部结构复杂度与产品外观效果,判断一个手板模型生产所需要的时间,能够准确、快捷地给客户报价和交期。

同时不管是CNC加工还是SLA激光快速成型或者是3D打印加工都需要3D图来进行编程的,然后根据设计产品的功能选择相应的材料。

在手板制造行业中,不管是CNC加工、3D打印还是硅胶复模的加工方式,都需要客户提供3D图才可以制作,手板厂一般能打开3D图纸格式有STP、IGS、PRT等,有些图纸的格式是无法打开的,所以在交付工厂制作手板前,需要先询问合适的3D图纸格式。

就目前而言,制作手板主要方式主要有CNC加工、3D打印、真空复模、模具注塑等工艺。虽然这些制作技术的工作原理各不相同,但是,毋庸置疑的是都必须要用到3D图纸。

CNC加工的基本原理就是数控车床给加工路线指车刀从对刀点或机床固定原点开始运动起,直返回该点并结束加工程序所经过的路径,包括切削加工的路径及刀具切入、切出等非切削空行程路径,而这些路径的设定都需要根据3D图纸来设定的。

现阶段3D打印机被用来制造产品。逐层打印的方式来构造物体的技术。3D打印机的原理是把数据和原料放进3D打印机中,机器会按照程序把产品一层层造出来。

真空复模技术是利用产品原型,如:快速原型件、样件、手板在真空状态下制作出硅胶模具,并在真空状态下采用PU材料进行浇注,从而克隆出与产品原型相同的复制件。而这个复模手板的原型就是通过CNC加工或者3D打印做出来的,所以做复模手板也需要3D图纸。
The vacuum replica technology is to use the product prototype, such as rapid prototype, sample and hand plate to make silica gel mold in vacuum state, and use PU material to pour in vacuum state, so as to clone the same replica as the product prototype. The prototype of the hand board is made by CNC processing or 3D printing, so 3D drawings are also needed to make the hand board.
如果没有3D图怎么办?遇到这种情况的话,如果有产品实物也是可以做手板的,只需要将实物拿去抄数来画3D图就可以,或者寻找有设计能力的手板制作公司帮助设计图纸。
What if there is no 3D map? In this case, if there is a real product, it can also be made of handboards. You only need to copy the real product to draw 3D drawings, or find a handboard making company with design ability to help design drawings.
