按照制作的手段和所用设备的不同手板分类

由于各种条件的限制,早期扶手板的大部分工作是手工完成的,使得扶手板的施工周期长,很难严格达到外观和施工图纸的尺寸要求。因此,对外观或结构合理性的检查功能大打折扣。随着科学技术的发展,cad和cam技术的快速发展为手扳的制造提供了更好的技术支持,使手扳的精度成为可能。
Due to the limitations of various conditions, most of the work of the early handboards is done by hand, which makes the handboards have a long construction period and it is difficult to reach the size requirements of appearance and construction drawings strictly, so the function of checking the appearance or construction rationality is greatly discounted. With the development of science and technology, the rapid development of CAD and CAM technology provides better technical support for the manufacturing of handboards, which makes the accuracy of handboards possible.
另一方面,随着社会竞争的日益剧烈,产品的开发速度日益成为竞争的主要矛盾,而手板制造恰恰能有效地进步产品开发的速度。正是在这种状况下,手板制造业便脱颖而出,成为一个相对独立的行业而蓬勃开展起来。
On the other hand, with the increasingly fierce social competition, the speed of product development has become the main contradiction of the competition, and the handmade can effectively improve the speed of product development. 手板依照制造的手腕分,可分为手工手板和数控手板:
According to the manufactured wrists, the hand board can be divided into manual hand board and numerical control hand board:
(1)手工手板:其主要工作量是用手工完成的。

(2)数控手板:其主要工作量是用数控机床完成的,
(2) CNC hand board: the main work is done with CNC machine tools.
而依据所用设备的不同,又可分为激光快速成形(RP,Rapid Prototyping)手板和加工中心(CNC)手板。
According to the different equipment used, it can be divided into RP (rapid prototyping) hand plate and CNC hand plate.
A: RP手板:主要是用激光快速成型技术消费出来的手板。
A: RP hand board: mainly the hand board consumed by laser rapid prototyping technology.
B: CNC手板:主要是用加工中心消费出来的手板。
B: CNC hand board: mainly the hand board consumed by the processing center.
RP手板同CNC手板相比拟各有所长:RP手板的优点主要表如今它的快速性上,但是它主要是经过堆积技术成型,因此RP手板普通相对粗糙,而且对产品的壁厚有一定请求,比方说壁厚太薄便不能消费。

CNC手板的优点表现在它能十分准确的反映图纸所表达信息,而且CNC手板外表质量高,特别在其完成外表喷涂和丝印后,以比开模具后消费出来的产品还要光荣照人。因而,CNC手板制造愈来愈成为手板制造业的主流手板依照制造所用的资料分,可分为塑胶手板和金属手板:
The advantages of CNC hand board are that it can accurately reflect the information expressed in the drawing, and the appearance quality of CNC hand board is high, especially after the surface spraying and screen printing, even more glorious than the products consumed after opening the mold. As a result, CNC hand board manufacturing is becoming more and more the mainstream of the hand board manufacturing industry. According to the data used in manufacturing, it can be divided into plastic hand board and metal hand board:
(1)塑胶手板:其原资料为塑胶,主要是一些塑胶产品的手板,比方电视机、显现器、电话机等等。
(1) plastic hand board: the original material is plastic, mainly the hand board of some plastic products, such as television, display device, telephone, etc.
(2)金属手板:其原资料为铝镁合金等金属资料,主要是一些高档产品的手板.比方笔记本电脑、单放机、MP3播放机、CD机等等。
(2) metal handboards: the original materials are aluminum magnesium alloy and other metal materials, mainly handboards of some high-end products, such as notebook computers, advanced single player, MP3 player, CD player and so on.
制造手板的必要性:

手板不只是可视的,而且是可触摸的,他能够很直观的以实物的
The hand board is not only visible, but also touchable. It can be very intuitive with real objects.
方式把设计师的创意反映出来,防止了“画出来美观而做出来不美观”的弊端。因而手板制造在新品开发,产品外形琢磨的过程中是必不可少的。
The method reflects the designer's creativity, and prevents the malpractice of "beautiful painting but not beautiful making". Therefore, hand board manufacturing is essential in the process of new product development and product shape grinding.
(2)检验构造设计

由于手板是可装配的,所以它可直观的反映出构造的合理与否,装置的难易水平。便于及早发现问题,处理问题。
Because the hand board can be assembled, it can directly reflect whether the structure is reasonable or not and the level of difficulty and ease of the device. It is convenient to find and deal with problems as early as possible.
(3)防止直接开模具的风险性

由于模具制造的费用普通很高,比拟大的模具价值数十万乃几百万,假如在开模具的过程中发现构造不合理或其他问题,其损失不可思议。而手板制造则能防止这种损失,减少开模风险。

Hand plate manufacturing can prevent this kind of loss and reduce the risk of mold opening.

由于手板制造的超前性,你能够在模具开发出来之前应用手板作产品的宣传,以前期的销售、消费准备工作,及早占领市场。
Due to the advanced manufacturing of handboards, you can use handboards to publicize products before the mold is developed, and even prepare for sales and consumption in the early stage, so as to occupy the market as soon as possible.
