手板模型表面加固有哪几种工艺?

当手板模型表面加固时,主要有以下几种工艺。

1、滚压加工

经淬火和精磨后,可使用滚子或球在常温下滚动手板模型表面,使其发生塑性变形。轧制后,可以有效地改善手板模型表面的粗糙度。此外,冷硬层和残余压应力也能有效提高其承载力和疲劳强度。
