快速成型手板内孔加工的方法!

钻孔时,由于麻花钻的长度长,钻芯直径小,刚性差,又有横向边缘的影响,所以钻孔具有以下工艺特点。

1. 钻头容易变形;

与麻花钻相比,扩孔钻的结构具有以下特点。
Compared with twist drill, the structure of reamer has the following characteristics.


1. 良好的刚性;由于扩孔后的刀量小,切屑少,扩孔后的切屑槽浅而窄,钻芯直径较大,增加了扩孔工作部分的刚性。
1. Good rigidity; due to the small amount of cutter and less chips after reaming, the chip groove after reaming is shallow and narrow, and the core diameter is large, which increases the rigidity of the working part of reaming.
2. 好方向;扩孔钻头有3-4个刀具齿,刀具周围的刃数增加,导向效果相对增强。

3.好芯片的条件;铰孔钻头无横向刃参与切削,切削速度快,可采用较大的进给,生产率较高,同时切屑少,切削平稳,不易划伤加工表面。
3. Good chip conditions; reaming bit has no transverse edge to participate in cutting, with high cutting speed, large feed can be adopted, high productivity, less chips, stable cutting, and not easy to scratch the machining surface.
因此,与钻孔相比,铰孔具有更高的加工精度和更低的表面粗糙度值,可以在一定程度上修正钻孔的轴向误差。
Therefore, compared with drilling, reaming has higher machining accuracy and lower surface roughness value, which can correct the axial error of drilling to a certain extent.
