手板模型它本身不是量产的,一般情况下一次只能够生产出来几个或者几十个产品,那要想再生产的话则需要开模,手板模型主要是为了考察产品的外在性能,让生产商了解产品的可行性避免直接开模的庞大费用,所以手板模型并不要很多,以下给大家介绍手板制作有那些方案:

CNC手板模型综合计算机辅助设计(CAD)、计算机辅助制造(CAM)、计算机数字控制(CNC)等技术,把计算机上构成的三维模型由整块材料在CNC数控加工上雕铣而成,再配合精湛的手工处理,因此近代工业称之为CNC手板模型。

SLA(StereolithogrphyApparatus)工艺也称光造型或激光固化快速成型,由CharlesHul于1984年获美国。1988年美国3DSystem公司推出商品化样机SLA-I,这是世界上台快速成型机。SLA各型成型机机占据着RP设备市场的较大份额。
SLA (stereolithography apparatus) process, also known as light modeling or laser curing rapid prototyping, was patented by Charles hul in 1984 in the United States. In 1988, 3dsystem company of the United States launched SLA-I, the first rapid prototyping machine in the world. SLA molding machines occupy a large share of RP equipment market.
真空注型(硅胶复模、翻模)
Vacuum injection (silica gel mold, turn over mold)
真空注型,又称真空复模,即在真空条件下利用原型直接复制出产品。设计完善后的产品可通过各种加工方法如CNC、SLA等先得到原型,再通过原型复制得到产品。复制出来的产品精度高、强度好,为一完整整体,完全满足设计需求的各种功能。适用于小批量的功能型零件的试制,减少直接开钢模的成本和风险。
Vacuum injection molding, also known as vacuum re molding, is to use the prototype to directly copy the product under vacuum conditions. After the design is completed, the product can get the prototype first through various processing methods such as CNC, SLA, and then get the product through the prototype replication.
