手板模型常见的两种分类？

手板模型，通俗点来讲，手板就是在没有开模具的前提下，依据产品外观图纸或结构图纸先做出的一个或几个，用来检查外观或结构合理性的功用样板。手板目前在不同的地方亦称为首板。接下来咱们就来介绍下手板模型的两种分类方式。
Hand board model, in general, hand board is one or several functional templates made first according to the product appearance drawings or structural drawings without opening the mold to check the rationality of appearance or structure. At present, handboards are also called Shouban in different places. Next let's introduce two kinds of classification methods of the lower board model.

一、手板模型按制造方式分为数控手板和手艺手板：
1、 According to the manufacturing mode, the handicraft model is divided into CNC handicraft and handicraft:
1、数控手板：其主要工作量是用数控机床完结的，而依据所用设备的不同，又可分为激光快速成形(RP,RapidPrototyping)手板和加工(CNC)手板。
1. CNC hand board: its main work is completed by CNC machine tools. According to the different equipment used, it can be divided into RP (rapid prototyping) hand board and CNC hand board.
2、手艺手板：其主要工作是用手艺完结的。
2. Craftsmanship board: its main work is finished by craftsmanship.
3、RP手板：主要是用激光快速成型技能出产出来的手板。DB：CNC手板：主要是用加工出产出来的手板。
3. RP board: mainly produced by laser rapid prototyping technology. DB: CNC hand board: mainly produced by the processing center.
RP手板同CNC手板相比较各有千秋：
Compared with CNC handboards, RP handboards have their own advantages:
RP手板的优点主要表现在它的快速性上，可是它主要是经过堆积技能成型，因而RP手板一般相对粗糙，并且对产品的壁厚有必定要求，比方说壁厚太薄便不能出产。
The advantages of RP hand board mainly lie in its rapidity, but it is mainly formed by stacking skills, so RP hand board is generally relatively rough, and there are certain requirements for the product wall thickness, for example, the wall thickness is too thin to produce.
CNC手板模型的优点体现在它能非常准确的反映图纸所表达信息，并且CNC手板外表质量高，特别在其完结外表喷涂和丝印后，乃比开模具后出产出来的产品还要光彩照人。因而，CNC手板加工愈来愈成为手板制造业的干流。
The advantage of CNC model is that it can accurately reflect the information expressed in the drawings, and the appearance quality of CNC model is high, especially after finishing the appearance spraying and silk screen printing, even more brilliant than the products produced after opening the mold. As a result, CNC handboard processing is becoming the main stream of handboard manufacturing industry.
二、按所用资料分
2、 By data used
手板按照制造所用的资料，可分为金属手板、塑胶手板、硅胶手板：
According to the materials used in manufacturing, the hand board can be divided into metal hand board, plastic hand board and silica gel hand board:
1、金属手板：其原资料为铝镁合金等金属资料，主要是一些产品的手板，比方笔记本电脑、单放机、MP3播放机、CD机等等。
1. Metal handboards: the original materials are aluminum magnesium alloy and other metal materials, mainly handboards of some advanced products, such as laptop, advanced single player, MP3 player, CD player, etc.
2、塑胶手板：其原资料为塑胶，主要是一些塑胶产品的手板，比方电视机、显示器、电话机等等。
2. Plastic handboards: the original materials are plastic, mainly handboards of some plastic products, such as TV sets, monitors, telephones, etc.
3、硅胶手板：其原资料为硅胶，主要是展现产品设计外形的手板，比方轿车、手机、玩具、工艺品、日用品等等。
3. Silica gel hand board: the original material is silica gel, which mainly shows the design shape of products, such as cars, mobile phones, toys, handicrafts, daily necessities, etc.
