编程师傅根据手板模型的3D图进行编程并安排CNC操机员加工，而且多数手板模型制作加工公司都会用到proe这个工具，在业务过程中，proe这个工具很大程度上把客户的需求信息描述得很清楚，技术可以很好的根据这些分析的数据开展工作。

手板零件经过测图没有问题之后，可以进行零件的组装工作了，手板的装配是验证产品设计是否合理，是否达到预期功能的必不可少的环节。手板模型在装配过程中如果发现有问题，只有2种办法可以处理。一，手工修改；二，重新设计。

手板模型零件打磨抛光

前几步如果都没有问题了，便可将零件打磨抛光。打磨抛光是为了表面处理，但是有些不可见的零件可以选择不打磨抛光。
If there are no problems in the first few steps, the parts can be polished and polished. Polishing is for surface treatment, but some invisible parts can choose not to be polished.

手板模型的表面处理是指喷油或上色。同样，在征得客户同意后，我们对于组装完之后不可见的零件可以不作表面处理。

手板模型装饰设计

模型完成后，有的客户可能还需要做丝印，移印，烫金等装饰处理，主要是做LOGO或文字处理，在手板模型上做LOGO装饰也是很多公司常用的方法。
