激光快速成型由原材料的不同分为SLA和SLS两种。

SLA是采用立体雕刻原理的一种工艺,又称光敏树脂选择性固化,是更早出现的一种快速成型技术。过程是:在树脂槽中盛满液态光敏树脂,它在紫外激光束的照射下会快速固化。成型过程开始时,可升降的工作台处于液面下一个截面层厚的高度,聚焦后的激光束,在计算机的控制下,按照截面轮廓的要求,沿液面进行扫描,使被扫描区域的树脂固化,从而得到该截面轮廓的树脂薄片。


SLA is a process that adopts the principle of three-dimensional carving, also known as photosensitive resin selective curing, and is the earliest rapid prototyping technology that emerged. The process is to fill the resin tank with liquid photosensitive resin, which will quickly solidify under the irradiation of ultraviolet laser beams. At the beginning of the molding process, the adjustable worktable is at a height of a cross-sectional layer thickness below the liquid level. The focused laser beam is scanned along the liquid level according to the requirements of the cross-sectional profile under the control of a computer, allowing the resin in the scanned area to solidify, thereby obtaining a resin thin sheet of the cross-sectional profile.
然后,工作台下降一层薄片的高度,以固化的树脂薄片就被一层新的液态树脂所覆盖,以便进行第二层激光扫描固化,新固化的一层牢粘结在前一层上,如此重复,直到整个产品成型完毕。进行清洗、去处支撑、二次固化以及表面光洁处理等。
Then, the workbench descends by one layer of thin film height, and the cured resin thin film is covered by a new layer of liquid resin for the second layer of laser scanning curing. The newly cured layer is firmly bonded to the previous layer, and this is repeated until the entire product is formed. Finally, cleaning, removing support, secondary curing, and surface finishing treatment are carried out.
光敏树脂选择性固化快速成型技术适合于制作中小形工件,能直接得到树脂或类似工程塑料的产品。SLA快速原型的手板表面质量较好、系统分辨率高、成型精度较高。
The selective curing rapid prototyping technology of photosensitive resin is suitable for producing small and medium-sized workpieces, and can directly obtain resin or similar engineering plastic products. The SLA rapid prototype has good surface quality, high system resolution, and high molding accuracy.
SLS的加工方法与SLA技术相似,但用粉末原料取代了液态光聚合物,并以一定的扫描速度和能量作用于粉末材料。在成形过程中,激光参数以及粉末的特性和烧结气氛是影响烧结成形质量的重要因素。SLS快速原型能生产更硬的手板,而且可以采用多种原料,例如绝大多数工程用塑料、蜡、金属、陶瓷等,零件的构建速度高,无需对零件进行后矫正,无需设计和构造支撑。
The processing method of SLS is similar to SLA technology, but it replaces liquid photopolymer with powder raw materials and acts on powder materials at a certain scanning speed and energy. During the forming process, laser parameters, powder characteristics, and sintering atmosphere are important factors that affect the quality of sintering forming. SLS rapid prototyping can produce the toughest hand boards and can use a variety of raw materials, such as the vast majority of engineering plastics, wax, metal, ceramics, etc. The construction speed of parts is high, without the need for post correction, design, and construction support.

CNC在机械加工业用处广泛,技术相对成熟。用于手板加工。效果以及精度也非常好,考虑的手板加工手段。
