快速成型RP技术的应用都有哪些方面?

提高RP技术的应用水平是促进RP技术发展的重要方面。目前,快速成型技术已广泛应用于工业建模、机械制造、航空航天、军事、建筑、影视、家电、轻工、医药、考古、文化艺术、雕塑、珠宝等领域。随着技术本身的发展,其应用领域也将不断扩大。RP技术的实际应用主要集中在以下几个方面:

With the development of technology itself, its application field will continue to expand. The practical application of RP technology mainly focuses on the following aspects:
(1)快速成型技术在新产品建模设计中的应用,为工业产品的设计者和建立了一种新的产品开发模型。RP技术的应用可以快速、直接、准确地将设计思想转化为具有一定功能的物理模型(样本),不仅缩短了开发周期,还降低了开发成本,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中占有优势。
(1) The application of rapid prototyping technology in new product modeling and design establishes a new product development model for the designers and developers of industrial products. The application of RP technology can quickly, directly and accurately transform the design idea into a physical model (sample) with certain functions, which not only shortens the development cycle, but also reduces the development cost, so that the enterprise has an advantage in the fierce market competition.
(2)在机械制造领域的应用由于RP技术的特点,在机械制造领域得到了广泛的应用,多用于制造单件或小批量金属零件。有些特殊复杂零件,由于只生产单件,或50件以下的小批量,一般可以直接采用RP技术成型,成本低,周期短。
(2) Application in the field of mechanical manufacturing due to the characteristics of RP technology, it has been widely used in the field of mechanical manufacturing, mostly used to manufacture single or small batch of metal parts. 传统模具生产时间长,成本高。快速成型技术与传统模具制造技术相结合,可以大大缩短模具制造的开发周期,提高生产效率,是解决模具设计制造薄弱环节的有效途径。快速成型技术在模具制造中的应用可以分为直接成型和间接成型,直接成型是指利用RP技术直接堆放生产模具,间接成型是个快速成型零件的生产,然后是部分复制所需的模具。

近年来,关于RP技术在医学领域的应用研究较多。在医学图像数据的基础上,利用RP技术制作人体器官模型,具有很大的手术应用价值。

(7) At present, the application of rapid prototyping system in home appliance industry has been promoted and applied to a large extent, which makes many home appliance enterprises in the leading position in the domestic market. Some companies have used rapid prototyping system to develop new products, and achieved good results. Rapid prototyping technology is widely used.
