激光快速成型技术的原理特点介绍

快速成型技术的基本工作原理是离散,堆积。,将零件的物理模型通过CAD造型或三维数字化仪转化为计算机电子模型,然后将CAD模型转化为STD(stereolithography)文件格式,用分层软件将计算机三维实体模型在z向离散,形成一系列具有一定厚度的薄片,用计算机控制下的激光束(或其他能量流)有选择地固化或黏结某一区域,从而形成构成零件实体的一个层面。这样逐渐堆积形成一个原型(三维实体)。必要时再通过一些后处理(如深度固化,修磨)工序,使其达到功能件的要求。近期发展的快速成型技术主要有:立体光造型、选择性激光烧结、薄片叠层制造、熔化沉积模型。
